Custom Creations Unlimited, Inc. is a family owned business located in western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Wheaton to be exact. It all started when our son was born in 1997, we wanted to send out a personalized birth announcement as unique and beautiful as our new baby boy. We found our options were either too expensive, too slow or too 'cookie cutter'. We ended up creating and printing our own. Two months later, we set out to provide the product and the service we couldn't find.
Since that day, we've grown beyond our wildest dreams. We still print many personalized invitations and announcements but our personalized gifts have just taken off. Our Photo Blankets and Photo Towels have been the gift of choice for so many customers, especially during the winter holidays.

What are your hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm CST except for the following US holidays.
Do you have a catalog?
We used to have printed catalogs but found that they became outdated much to quickly. Our current selection is always available here on our web site.
What is your refund/return policy?
If an error is made on your order by us, we will remake and ship you a replacement at our expense. Please contact us with your order number and the problem. If the error was made by you, a discount will be offered for the remade product. Please contact us, including your order number, for details. Custom made and personalized items are not returnable. If you are not pleased with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
How can I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, and personal checks. All transactions are handled by our secure server and encrypted to protect your personal information. If you prefer to pay by phone or regular mail, you may choose that option during check-out. Orders by check are held for 10 business days to allow your check to clear.
How can I check my order status?
By logging into you account, you can check order status, including tracking numbers, 24 hours a day. Order status options are pending (payments by check that have not cleared), processing (orders by credit card or cleared checks) and shipped (we'll include a tracking number). We are not able to update you as to the exact stage of production. If it's been longer than the stated production time for your item, please contact us.
How does the proof work?
A few of our Photo Blankets and Photo Towels include a free proof prior to production. After we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with your proof and instructions for approving or changing your proof (unlimited changes are included at no charge). This allows you to see what your order will look like before we send it to production. Once your proof is approved, your order will be sent to production. At that point, further changes are not possible.
Can I put more than one picture on a Photo Blanket?
Some of our blankets are big enough to create a collage. The product description will mention the maximum number of photos possible. However, the order form only allows one image to be attached when placing your order. If you want to create a collage photo blanket, simply complete your order without attaching any image and mention you are ordering a collage photo blanket in the Special Instructions box during check-out. You'll receive your receipt by email immediately after completing your order. Simply reply to your receipt and attach the files you want to use. We'll create and email you a proof to review within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)

How do I submit my picture for my order?
The quickest and often simplest way is to include it when you place your order. Simply click the 'Browse' button and locate the file on your computer. This will upload the image to our server when you add your item to your shopping cart. There are two other ways to get your photo to us. By email, simply reply to the email receipt you'll receive after completing your order. By mail, print a copy of your receipt and mail it along with your photo. We'll scan and return your photo to you. There is a $10 charge for this service.

What about sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for any order shipped to an Illinois address. All other orders are free of sales tax.
How do I care for my Photo Blanket?
Your Photo Blanket can be washed in you home machine and tumbled dry. Wash dark colors separately. Do not use bleach or any whitening agents.
How do I care for my Photo Towel?
It is recommended that your Photo Towel be washed before use. Always wash in warm water before use. Wash dark colors separately, and it is recommended not to wash your Photo Towel with other garments. Do not dry clean. To achieve a softer towel tumble dry after washing. Do not use bleach or any whitening agent.
Do you offer volume discounts?
We are often asked about order discounts. While we strive to offer prices that are low everyday, there are occasions where we can offer volume discount pricing. We do offer discounts when ordering multiples of the same item, for booster clubs, for non-profits and in other special circumstances.
For quantities up to five, many products available on our site will calculate the discount automatically. The discount pricing is shown just below the Add to Cart button in the 'Volume Discount Pricing' box. For order quantities beyond ten or for a club or team order, please contact us. We'll get some information about your club, team or group and what you need and work out an arrangement specifically for your situation.

Do you ship international?
Yes, we do ship to many countries such as the United Kingdom (UK), Germany, France, Italy, Australia and others. In most cases, we ship using the US Postal Service. Once you add your item(s) to your shopping cart, you can view your available shipping options and rates. There is no need to go all the way through checkout.
