How do I submit a photo?

If you have trouble, you can place your order without attaching your image. Simply complete your order and wait for your receipt to arrive by email. It should arrive in less than 10 minutes. Reply to your receipt (Order Confirmation) email and attach your file.



There are several ways for you to submit your photo. You can upload your photo with your order. This is usually the quickest and easiest method. Simply click on the 'browse' button and locate the file on your computer then click 'open'. When you add the item to your cart, the file will be attached to your order. Depending on the file size, it may take a few minutes to add it to your cart.


Submitting your photos for a collage photo blanket
The order form will allow you to attach just one image. When ordering a collage photo blanket, place your order without attaching any images. When you receive your receipt by email (it should arrive just a few minutes after completing your order), simply reply to that email and attach your files. If the files are larger, you may need to send one at a time. We'll then create and email your proof for you to review prior to production.

When ordering a Fleece Photo Blanket with a photo on the backside, please wait for your receipt email to arrive (usually just a few minutes). Reply to your receipt, attach your file for the backsidel.


If you'd rather mail us your photo(s), you can do that as well. Here's how:

• Place your order through our website.
• Print a copy of your receipt.
• Mail your photo and printed copy of your receipt to:

• We'll email your proof within 24 hours of receiving your photo (excluding weekends and holidays) and mail it back to you.

There is a $10 charge to scan and return your photo(s).

 

Image requirements

To ensure the best possible outcome, please use the following guidelines in selecting your photo.

If scanning a print photo:

• scan at 300 dpi.
• save the file as a jpg file.
• submit the original, uncropped version. Include any cropping requests in the Special Instructions with your order.

If using a digital camera:

• a 2 MP (mega-pixel) camera or better.
• save the file as a jpg file.
• submit the original file from the camera. Include any cropping requests in the Special Instructions with your order.

Advanced users:

• a file size of 1-2 MB is preferred. Smaller sizes will often work fine and you can contact us is you have questions.
• file sizes over 2 MB will not upload with your order. Either reduce the size or submit by email after completing your order.
• images can be photos, digital images, logos, etc.
• if creating your own collage, keep the aspect ratio of the blanket you select in mind. Your collage must be the same aspect ratio to avoid cropping. Please contact us for exact image requirements.
