How do I submit a photo?

There are several ways for you to submit your photo. You can upload your photo with your order. This is usually the quickest and easiest method. Simply click on the 'browse' button and locate the file on your computer then click 'open'. When you add the item to your cart, the file will be attached to your order. Depending on the file size, it may take a few minutes.

If you have trouble or the file is too big (over 2MB), you can place your order without uploading your image. You'll receive a receipt by email within a few minutes of completing your order. Reply to that email and attach the file you want to use.

If you'd rather mail us your photo, you can do that as well. Here's how:

• Place your order through our website.
• Print a copy of your receipt.
• Mail your photo and printed copy of your receipt to:

• We'll email your proof within 24 hours of receiving your photo (excluding weekends and holidays) and mail it back to you.

There is a $10 charge to scan and return your photo(s).
