We still offer Second Day and Next Day shipping options but if you're looking to save money, this is the best option. Shipping will be via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail, at our discretion. Shipping times may be up to five business days. Shipping time is not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are displayed while in your shopping cart, prior to checkout. We offer UPS Ground, Second Day and Next Day to all US addresses. International shipping is available using the US Postal Service Priority Mail to most locations. Contact us for details.

Shipping Time

Production times vary by product. Typical manufacturing times are listed in the description of each product. Production times may vary due to seasonality. Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Your order status will be updated when your order ships and include a tracking number, when available. If your item includes a proof, it will be sent within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You item will then be sent on to production only after we receive your approval of your proof.

Errors and Returns

If an error is made on your order by us, we will remake and ship you a replacement at our expense. Please contact us with your order number and the problem. If the error was made by you, a discount will be offered for the remade product. Please contact us, including your order number, for details. Custom made and personalized items are not returnable. If you are not pleased with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
