The print area is a generous 8.5" wide and 3" tall. This works best with horizontal images. However, can also use vertical images in most cases.

Using dye sublimation, we print directly onto your travel mug. This gives the best image quality and durability. It will never flake or peel off.

A jpg file format is preferred at 1300 pixels x 430 pixels. Smaller images can sometimes work. Once we receive your order, one of our product specialists will review your image. If it will not work well, we will contact you.
