A jpg file format is preferred at 875 pixels x 700 pixels. Smaller images can often work. Once we receive your order, one of our product specialists will review your image. If it will not work well, we will contact you.

For regular cleaning and maintenance, go over your Photo Wallet with a lint brush. We suggest applying Scotchguard or a similar product that will repel moisture and water when you first receive your purse. For further cleaning, please use a soft, damp towel with warm soapy water to remove dirt from your purse.
