Your puzzle is printed on a satin finish poster print and attached to chip board. This is not a cheap heat transfer puzzle.

A jpg file format is preferred at 1000 pixels x 1400 pixels. Smaller images can sometimes work. Once we receive your order, one of our product specialists will review your image. If it will not work well, we will contact you.
