Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are displayed while in your shopping cart, prior to checkout. We offer UPS Ground, Second Day and Next Day to all US addresses. International shipping is available using the US Postal Service Priority Mail to most locations. Contact us for details.
Shipping Time
Production times vary by product. Typical manufacturing times are listed in the description of each product. Production times will increase during the months of November and December. Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Your order status will be updated when your order ships and include a tracking number, when available. If your item includes a proof, it will be sent within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You item will then be sent on to production only after we receive your approval of your proof.
Errors and Returns
If an error is made on your order by us, we will remake and ship you a replacement at our expense. Please contact us with your order number and the problem. If the error was made by you, a discount will be offered for the remade product. Please contact us, including your order number, for details. Custom made and personalized items are not returnable. If you are not pleased with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
Submitting a Photo
You can upload your image with your order. This is usually the quickest and easiest method. If you have trouble, you can place your order without uploading your image. Please reply to your emailed receipt and attach the file you want to use.
If you'd rather mail us your photo, you can do that as well. Here's how:

- We'll email your proof within 24 hours of receiving your photo and mail it back to you.
Proofs during the holiday rush
Due to the holiday rush, orders placed after November 15th will no longer include a proof prior to production. If the image you submit is too small or otherwise not good enough, we will contact you by email and ask you to submit another image. If any cropping needs to be done or you choose to add text, we'll use our best judgment. We've been creating personalized Photo Blankets and Photo Towels for many years and have hundreds of satisfied customers.
